The 0260 package is a Microsoft Windows based software application which provides expanded control and monitoring capabilities for Brooks Mass flow meters and controllers with the RS485 Smart Protocol.
Together with the 0260 power supply/ RS485 to USB hardware module, this product provides a fantastic turnkey solution for monitoring and controlling up to 30 mass flow meters/controllers.
The BSI software allows the user to:
· display full scale flow rate
· display the measured flow rate
· display and adjust the set point
· display the device/alarm status
· display and change valve over ride (VOR) status
This software tool also provides data logging, batching, blending and the ability to create automated process recipes.
The control electronics and multidrop cable is supplied as a kit. It is the complete cost effective out- of- the- box solution to get your Brooks Instrument digital mass flow devices up and running in minutes. Simply install the USB driver, connect the cables to the Digibox and to the flow devices and that’s it….working flow meters or controllers!
